The wait for the premiere of the final season of Stranger Things becomes a little more bearable, or not, after seeing the first 5 minutes that Netflix shared.
There’s something special about the countdown when you’re looking forward to something, except for GTA 6, which when it approaches, is delayed by Rockstar. But that won’t be the case Stranger Thingsthe final season of which is ready and willing to premiere on Netflix in less than three weeks.
After more than three years of waiting, 20 days is nothing but how long it will last. At Netflix they know this and, so as not to trigger calamities, they calmed the hype a little by sharing the first five minutes of the final season.
The final battle of falcon gang is looming, with Vecna threatening the real world following the events of season 4. But Vecna has always been a latent threat, and not just in the World upside down.
This advancement of Stranger Things will take us back almost a decade, as it is set in the events of Season 1, with a rejuvenated Noah Schnapp like the little Will Byers.
Stranger Things return to the origin of everything
The scene introduces the character just days after being dragged to the Upside Down. There, terrified, he hides in the fort that also exists in the distorted version of his garden. Soon, a Demogorgon starts chasing him.
Will does his best to escape, even climbing a tree and jumping into another, but the creature is very tenacious and ends up catching up to him. But Will is not killed, far from it, but rather dragged to the Creel mansion to be introduced to Vecna.
The villain introduces something through a tentacle, sealing the connection with young Byers and explaining the constant connection that Will felt at all times with the Upside Down.
Vecna tells him that “they will do wonderful things together“, before the sequence ends and leaves us wanting more.
The good thing is that we won’t have to wait long to see what happens immediately after: Stranger Things volume 1 of its final season (4 episodes) premieres in November 27th at dawn (Spanish time). He December 26th volume 2 (3 episodes) will arrive and, finally, the January 1st will land Netflix the final chapter.
