After more than a year of work, modder SonicBOOM released version 2.0 of RE:ENHANCE a mod for the PC version of Resident Evil 2.
Your eyes don’t deceive you: pre-rendered backgrounds look like new. They’re the originals, but now they look much more detailed and defined than ever before.
To further increase the quality of the scenarios, The modder added elements such as posters, signs, posters, wallpaper and much more.
All of this work was done manually by SonicBOOM, in an exhaustive process that demonstrates the dedication he dedicated to it.
Even the corpses on the stages look spectacular. So much so that they surpass the polygonal models of Leon, Claire and other characters.
And the changes don’t stop here! ANDThe mod also improves many 3D elements and the textures of the loading ports.. Additionally, it introduces more realistic effects of fire, blood, fire and more.
