Sales of PlayStation 5 consoles already exceed 84 million, with almost four sold during the last quarter, in addition to other fiscal data from Sony.
Sony updates PlayStation 5 console sales confirm that they sold 84.2 million units, almost 4 million since August and 7 million since May; much more if we go back to February.

The official number, in terms of consoles, is 3.9 million PS5s offered for sale during the three months ending September 30, 2025.
