Players make their own predictions about the next State of Play and ask for previews of Marvel Tōkon, Phantom Blade Zero and even Kingdom Hearts 4.
While the big culmination is the Game Awards on December 11th, PlayStation couldn’t just close 2025; and reserved a new State of Play for us.
The event will take place this Tuesday, November 11th, from 11pm.and as the only hint of its content, it was announced that it will focus on games made in Japan and the rest of Asia.
A total of 40 minutes is a lot, but what games can we expect on broadcast? Players have already made their “shopping lists” with everything they would like to see.
Great games that could be in State of Play
The previous State of Play, where Marvel Wolverine gameplay was shown, left the flag very high. This new broadcast needs titles of the same magnitudeand there are fans who dream big.
On PlayStation Reddit it is suggested that we see a preview of Kingdom Hearts 4, a game that has not shown official signs of life for years. “I have the clown costume ready.”adds the author of this wish.
To ask, let it not be: it is asked that the State of Play the first trailer for Final Fantasy 7 Remake Part 3 debuts. It’s a “very long shot,” although trilogy director Naoki Hamaguchi has said we won’t have to wait as long as we thought.
More plausible is that we have new details about Phantom Blade Zero. Or what’s better: the release date of the spectacular wuxia title prepared by S-GAME.
Another almost certain bet is Marvel Tōkon. The fighting game from Arc System Works has a brutal look, evidenced by the progress of the last events where it was present.
And how about a western license but made by a South Korean studio? We’re referring to NCSoft, which is working on the multiplayer title Horizon in collaboration with Guerrilla.
Just today we announced that the MMO could be presented at the G-Star 2025 fair, from November 13th to 16th. It would fit with an exclusive preview of State of Play.
Then there are the almost sure bets, which include games already shown at previous events, such as Resident Evil Requiem, the new Onimusha or Monster Hunter Stories 3.
Curiously, almost no one proposes remastering Bloodborne. So many years of disappointments and disappointments seem to have exhausted fans’ hopes…
We will answer any questions in a matter of hours, when the new State of Play occurs. Don’t miss our in-depth analysis of all games presented at the event.
