
A man was arrested by civil police officers from the Anti-Computer Crime Police Station (DRCI) and the Women’s Auxiliary Police Station (Deam) on Monday (10/11), after threatening and attempting to coerce the judge in charge of the case in which he appears as an accused. He was arrested at his residence in Coresica, Western District of Rio de Janeiro (RJ).
As investigations showed, in September of this year, the person being investigated sent threatening messages via a messaging application, with the aim of threatening the judge.

The texts sent to the authority included various personal and sensitive data about the judge, including the names of her parents and brother, her home addresses, contact phone numbers, and even her personal interests.
According to PCERJ, the crime was retaliatory after the man was notified of a decision granting urgent protective measures in favor of his former partner.
In view of the facts, during the units’ intelligence and surveillance work, the criminal was found, and a precautionary arrest warrant was issued against him due to coercion during the operation.
