
The Military Police of the Federal District arrested a man on Thursday night (11/13) on charges of illegal hunting and illegal possession of a firearm in the rural area of Planaltina.
The suspect, whose identity has not been revealed, was surprised by police officers from the Cerrado Operations Group (GOC) at the barn point. The military found the author with a hunting rifle and ammunition of 20 and 28 calibers.

At the farm where the suspect lived, police seized a second rifle, other ammunition, knives, pocket knives, and four pieces of wild animal meat.
Most of the meat found was armadillo, but there are also traces of other unknown species.
The author was transferred to the 16th Police Station (Planalto) and will face charges of illegal possession of a firearm and illegal hunting.
