A worker lived moments of despair when he lost consciousness and was left hanging by his seatbelt on the ninth floor of a building located in Rua Minas Gerais, in Santos, on the coast of São Paulo, last Monday afternoon (10/11).
Pictures recorded by witnesses show the moment when the worker remained motionless, hanging outside the building. Before rescue teams arrived, residents and employees of the residential complex were able to save the man.

The accident occurred around 3 p.m. in the Buquerao neighborhood. According to the fire department, the man was carrying out maintenance work on the facade of the building when he became ill and lost consciousness, as he was suspended with safety equipment.
According to the foundation, he was evaluated by rescuers and treated by the Mobile Emergency Care Service (SAMO), which sent him to the area emergency room. The victim’s health condition was not reported until the publication of this report.
