At least three people were killed in Ukrainian attacks on southwestern Russia

At least three people were killed and dozens injured in the early hours of Tuesday in southwestern Russia due to Ukrainian airstrikes in the Krasnodar and Rostov regions, where all three deaths were identical, Russian authorities said.

Rostov Governor Yuri Slyusar said on his Telegram channel: “Tonight’s enemy attack caused severe pain: one person died in Taganrog,” as he reported that “ten more residents of Taganrog and the Niklinovsky district,” surrounding the city, were wounded. Shortly after, he expressed his regret that “unfortunately, the doctors were unable to save two other people who died of their wounds in the hospital.”

The official indicated that “two of them were treated at the scene of the accident and the eight were transferred to the hospital,” while the city’s mayor, Svetlana Kambulova, confirmed that “all emergency services are present at the scene and continue to work” in the face of the consequences of the attack.

Meanwhile, another Ukrainian army attack against Krasnodar Krai resulted in six people being injured, the region’s governor, Veniamin Kudratyev, announced on his channel on the Max platform.

In the same region, the mayor of the city of Novorossiysk, Andrei Kravchenko, reported on his Telegram channel that as a result of the bombings in Ukraine, four people from the city were injured and had to be taken to the hospital, an information he claimed to have conveyed to the governor.
