Brazil is preparing to bid farewell to its national team on home soil before the World Cup

On Saturday (15), during an interview, Brazilian Federation President Samir Sood informed that the Brazilian national team will make its final appearance in Brazil before continuing its journey towards the World Cup.

The manager also discussed preparations for the next FIFA calendar scheduled for 2026. According to him, high-level teams are among the options analysed, including Croatia, France and Norway.

Chaud stressed that identifying competitors will not take place until after the end of the European season, when it will be possible to more clearly evaluate the teams that will be available. He stressed that so far no negotiations have been closed.

The Brazilian Federation intends to face teams with different characteristics, following the planning of the technical committee, which seeks to expose the Brazilian national team to different playing styles throughout the cycle leading to the World Cup.
