According to data provided by the Universidade Federal de Minas Gerais (UFMG), Alverde now has a 54.6% probability of lifting the trophy, compared to 43.7% for Rubro Negro.
Moreover, the team coached by Filipe Luis could go top in the next round. At the moment, the two teams are tied on points, but São Paulo FC leads according to the criterion of the first tiebreaker: number of wins – 21 to 20.
