Dani Balbi (PCdoB), this Tuesday, filed a complaint with the Special Body of the Rio Court of Justice against Municipal Law No. 9,604/2025, approved by the Chamber of Campos dos Goytacazes (RJ) and approved by the Mayor. The rule prohibits transgender and transgender people from using bathrooms, locker rooms and living spaces according to their gender identity, and provides penalties for institutions and public agents who do not comply with the rule.
