Servinabar hired Santos Cerdán’s wife, Francisca Muñoz, in 2018 and paid for the penthouse he lived in when he was PSOE organizing secretary.
The Central Operations Unit of the Civil Guard (UCO) has revealed in detail in a new report that Antxon Alonso’s construction company paid €44,645.26 in rent for the shed located on Hilarión Esslav Street in Madrid.
Cerdan and his family lived on this property from June 2018 to July 2025, when Pedro Sanchez’s former right-hand man entered temporary prison.
Construction company Servinabar has received more than €100 million in awards from the Government of Navarre, including works on the Pilate tunnels for €76 million.
The Civil Guard also discovered that Cervinábar hired Francisca Muñoz, “Baki,” between March 1 and August 31, 2018 through the Nuran cooperative. Cerdan’s wife received a net salary of 1,900 euros per month, according to documents provided by investigators.
Muñoz was part of the Nuran cooperative, founded by builder Antson Alonso with Koldo Garcia. The wife of the former third-in-command at PSOE acquired a 25% stake, cashing out €600 in 2018.
During the search of Antson Alonso’s home and the headquarters of Servinabar, the UCO found a contract under which Santos Cerdán acquired 45% of the construction company. However, it was never announced.
