By scoring the winning goal for Manchester City 3-0 over Liverpool, on Sunday (11/9), in the 11th round of the English championship, the Norwegian striker is close to becoming the fastest player to reach the 100-goal mark in the English Premier League.
He has 99 goals in 108 matches. The historical record is held by Alan Shearer, who scored 100 goals in 124 matches. Still in the top three are Harry Kane, who needed 141 chances, and Sergio Aguero, who should drop to fourth, with 147.
