And the opinion he got Capitalshas been sent to the CLDF Ethics and Probity Board and will be sentenced on Wednesday (12/11), at 12 noon.

The judge rejects the request to dismiss district representative Daniel Donizet
The statement sent by the CLDF’s Office of the Special Prosecutor for Women’s Affairs in September contains five allegations:
Complaints against Donizet
- Attempted “licensing”: Donizet was caught by the military police of the German Defense Forces while driving with signs of being drunk. He allegedly refused to set off a breathalyzer and tried to intimidate police officers in June this year
- Accusations by former employees of the Legislative Council that Daniel Donizet committed sexual harassment against them;
- The allegation that Donizet failed to help a call girl who was attacked by a Cabinet advisor at a hotel in Germany, in July 2023;
- A complaint from model and influencer Andressa Urach, who accused Daniel Donizet of sexually harassing her in a nightclub.
- A new blackmail and harassment case, recorded in 2025 in a police report and cited by the Office of the Women’s Advocate of the Defense Chamber – the case is not detailed in the opinion.
Also taking the testimony of Daniel Donizet, Inspector Joaquim Roriz Neto analyzed the questions submitted by the Public Prosecutor’s Office and in all of them he asked to archive the request for comment on the basis of the lack of strong evidence.
How did the judge vote?
- wallet
Regarding the issue of attempted “pickpocketing” in the attack, Roriz Neto rejected it, arguing that “100 days after the incident, no open police investigation has been conducted or a police report submitted” and he realizes that reports alone cannot be used as strong evidence.
- Andressa Urach
The same argument was used by the case inspector to decide the episode involving influencer Andressa Urach. According to Roarz, there was no recorded police report, with only materials available as evidence.
The Ministry of Internal Affairs said: “Therefore, the absence of a bulletin, regarding the public statements of Ms. Andressa Urach about the incident of abusive behaviour, in the presence of only press reports, we support the rejection and preservation of the representation.”
- Harassment and blackmail
In ruling on the merits of a former CLDF employee’s harassment complaint and also a reported extortion case in 2025, the judge also asked for the case to be closed. Joachim Roriz claims that there is no information about whether the DF court will accept the complaint or whether it will rule on the case, even with the complaint filed by the Public Ministry of the DF (MPDFT) against the parliamentarian.
“Given the possibility that the judiciary will not receive the complaint or, upon receipt, that the parliamentarian will be acquitted at the end of the process, we believe in rejecting the representation and preserving it,” Roarez said.
False information in the police report
On November 6, the CLDF Prosecutor’s Office announced that it supported the filing of a criminal report filed against Donizet. In this case, another parliamentarian filed a police report in which an alleged former employee of Donizet’s office claimed that he had been harassed there.
However, the Attorney General’s Office understood that the MP had provided sufficient evidence that the woman was not a government employee at all and would never have gone to his office. “The author’s account directly contradicts official records,” the report says. Therefore, the criminal report was archived.
- The call girl was attacked in the hotel
Regarding the failure to provide assistance to the call girl who was attacked by Donizé’s former Cabinet advisor, Roarez said that the MPDFT did not act against the parliamentarian. The judge said: “The Public Prosecution is the master of the criminal case, and as stated in the record, the prosecutor was not convicted.”
The opinion given by the Ministry of Internal Affairs is a strict one, but if the Council understands that something serious has happened, it can stop Daniel Donizet. The final word goes to the CLDF Ethics Board.

What Daniel Donizet says
In a statement made to the Internal Affairs Office of the Legislative Chamber, Daniel Donizet denied all allegations and defended the accusations. He said: “Everything that has been said so far already highlights what is actually happening: a smear campaign whose political dimensions led to the acceptance of the complaint, even without any legal basis, as indicated by the Public Prosecutor’s Office.”
