ingredients
- 10 pieces of chicken fillet marinated with salt, black pepper and lemon
- 1 can cream of onion (or onion soup)
- 1 small can of cream
- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 1 can of green corn, drained
- Chopped parsley to taste
Preparation method
- Cover the marinated fillet slices with the onion cream, then place them in a buttered baking dish.
- In a blender, beat the cream, cheese and drained corn until a homogeneous cream is formed.
- Pour this mixture over the chicken slices.
- Cover it with aluminum foil and place it in the preheated oven for 20 minutes.
- Remove the sheet and let it brown for another 5 minutes.
- Garnish with chopped parsley and serve.
