Preparation method
- Cook the potato slices in water until they are slightly tender (do not let them fall apart). Drain and reserve.
- In a bowl, mix the cream, cheese, milk, bacon, salt, oregano, ghee and parsley.
- Place this mixture in the microwave for about 40 seconds, just to melt the ghee and incorporate the cream.
- Grease a baking dish with butter and make layers of potatoes and cream.
- Finish the dish with mozzarella and sprinkle grated cheese on top.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 30 minutes, or until golden brown.
