The new house is located on kilometer 18 of Rodovia Anchieta, has a total area of 2,200 square metres, has a capacity of 300 people and a parking space for 70 vehicles. The project was designed from scratch and was designed by Otávio Sanches Arquitetura, the same company that developed the concept for the Faria Lima unit, which will open in 2023.
