Minister Jorge Messias, nominated by President Lula to the Federal Supreme Court, is scheduled to be questioned by the Senate’s Constitution and Justice Committee on December 10.
This was announced on Tuesday afternoon (25) by the President of the College, Senator Otto Alencar (PSD-BA), together with the President of the Senate, Davi Alcolombre (União -AP). Voting must take place in plenary session on the same day.
