More in Common will hold events in São Paulo and Rio de Janeiro to launch the “O Brasil Invisível” study, implemented in partnership with Quaest. In addition to presenting the survey, the idea is to deepen the analysis of the data released and promote dialogue between different sectors of society.
The meeting will be held in the capital, Sao Paulo, on December 3 at the Goethe-Institut. In Rio, it will be on December 4 at the MAR (Rio Art Museum).
As it appears from BoundThe study showed that despite the clash between supporters of Lula (Workers’ Party) and Jair Bolsonaro (Liberation Party) that has dominated Brazilian politics in recent years, the majority of society is outside the intense polarization and adopts a pragmatic position on key issues.
The study comes as a result of analyzing a questionnaire containing 168 questions that was applied to 10,002 people aged 16 years or older, through home interviews, in the period from January 22 to February 12, with a representative sample of the population. The margin of error is 1 percentage point for general data, with a confidence level of 95%.
