Father Kilmon (PL-SP) was on Wednesday afternoon (11/19) in front of the Solar de Brasília condominium, where former President Jair Bolsonaro (PL) is under house arrest, to pray and offer support. However, the cleric did not enter Bolsonaro’s home because he had not submitted an official request to visit the Supreme Federal Court (STF).

The PL president has been under house arrest at his home in Jardim Botanico (DF), since August 4, on the order of STF Minister Alexandre de Moraes. Last Wednesday (12/11), the former president completed 100 days in prison.
Kilmon stayed for a few minutes in front of the place where he said a prayer before continuing his journey back to Sao Paulo.
He announced, “I will pass by the house, at least to pray for him from afar. The president is in poor health and we need to pray. The role of the priest is to pray for the people, take care of the people and intercede for them.”
The priest says Michelle is strong
Kilmon said he met former First Lady Michelle Bolsonaro. According to him, “She is strong, sober and calm and shows that she stands by the president no matter what happens.”
The religious man said he admired Bolsonaro, but stressed that his presence had a “spiritual nature.” He also commented on expectations regarding the former president’s legal future. Kilmon declared: “We believe he will not be arrested. He is a man of hope. We believe there will be great justice.”
Kilmon’s departure comes after the STF published, on Tuesday (11/18) in the Journal of Electronic Justice (DJE), the ruling rejecting the appeals submitted by the defense of the former president and six other defendants convicted in the coup plot case.
Bolsonaro received a prison sentence of 27 years and 3 months. The circular formalizes the outcome of the ruling on the ban and opens, starting on Wednesday (19), the last deadline for submitting the so-called second ban.
