In Belém, Ananandua and Maritoba (PA), this year’s edition will take place on November 30 and December 7, due to the 30th United Nations Climate Change Conference (COP30), being held in the region, during the regular exam application period.
Many public and private educational institutions use Enem to select students. Individual test results can also be used in selection processes at Portuguese institutions that have an agreement with the Brazilian government.

The minimum time required to take the test is two hours, meaning participants cannot leave the testing site until after 3:30 p.m. However, the question book can only be taken when there are only 30 minutes left until the end of the test. I missed the first day of ENM 2025, should I participate in the second day?
It is permitted to attend the second day of the EINEM even if you missed the first day, regardless of the reason for the absence.
The opportunity will be used primarily to gain exam experience. Since Enem results are used in programs such as Sisu, Prouni, FIES or in college selection processes, it is necessary to take both days of the test. The essay grade – submitted on the first day – is mandatory in these selection processes.
However, for candidates benefiting from the registration fee exemption, attendance on the second day is of greater importance. This is because in the event of an absence, they will not be able to request the exemption again until the following year, as long as they provide a valid justification upon new registration.
If you miss the first day due to logistical problems or in cases of infectious diseases, it is also possible to request a reapplication of the enema. For candidates who request and are authorized to participate in the reapplication, examinations will be held on December 16 and 17, 2025.
