Broadcaster Ione Borges died on Monday (24 years old) at the age of 73 years. Her former co-worker, Claudette Troiano, revealed the news of the death of the broadcaster, with whom she formed the duo Barcerinhas over several decades on television.

The broadcaster’s funeral will be held on Monday (24/11), from 4pm to 8pm at the Vilar Morumbi Funeral Home, in São Paulo. The news was confirmed by journalist Andre Resende.
Who is Ione Borges?
Ione began her career by participating in children’s programs on Record, such as Grande Gincana Kibon and Programa Pullman Junior. In 1964, she started working as a model and gained a lot of recognition.
From the 1970s onwards, she worked as an actress, notably in the television series Meu Pedacinho de Chão, on TV Globo, and in the films Vozes do Medo and O Jeca eo Bode.
She then spent several years presenting various programs on television, including parades and festivals. Soon after, he received an invitation to lead his own show: Mulheres, alongside Claudette Troiano, on TV Gazeta.
In 1999, she left the program to take over her own talk show, which ran until 2002.
Afterwards, Ione and Claudette returned to present Pra Você together, repeating the partnership of 30 years ago. She remained in charge of the attraction until she left television in 2010. She returned to the network in 2020 to celebrate 40 years of the women’s show.
