After touring across America, Europe and Asia, Brute force Aven It returned to the Buenos Aires scene with a nod to its own history: it was revived in a year in which air theater gained a billboard presence. Directed by Dickie James and music by Gabe Kerbel, this piece, which premiered in 2023, addresses the idea of a physical and sensual celebration that overflows upon the audience. There is a 2×1 with Club LN.
The company, which was born in Buenos Aires, is the creator of immersive shows such as Wayra and AvenHe presents shows where the audience is part of the scene and the dance floor turns into a party.
The aesthetic of Fuerza Bruta is evident in the resources: open rooftops, low ceilings, bodies that fly, and an audience that moves within a 360-degree circumference, without fixed seating or distance from the performers. It is physical theater designed for sharing, not viewing from afar.
The Buenos Aires return follows recent tours through Brazil, Peru, Mexico, England and Korea, a route that has strengthened the current version of the show and honed its rhythmic pulse. This international experience coexists with local roots and in a room designed for the struggle between music, image and body.
Aven“The Happiest Show in the World” returns to Sala SinPiso with a renewed cast and a nightly plan of different outings, from after the office to nights with the DJ. Production confirmed Thursday-Sunday showings, sales and various promotions.
Sala SinPiso, the private space the company designed specifically for its language: a “factory” of theater with a central plaza and peripheral entrances.
In this context, Aven It’s a synthesis of a Buenos Aires scene that was encouraged to aspire upward: more flights, more aerial devices, more proximity between performers and spectators. The result is an experience that reinforces Fuerza Bruta’s position as a powerhouse of vivid image.
