ABC has learned that the event occurred on October 29 on Avenida de los Toreros, near Plaza de las Ventas. The municipal police received a call from one of the victim’s relatives, who repeated that she had been subjected to a sexual assault through penetration. Agents from the Salamanca District Comprehensive Police Station went to the house at that time, in the early afternoon. When they knocked on the door, a 29-year-old Peruvian woman opened it. She was very upset and asked for help.
The municipal police entered the apartment and found it very messy, with broken things lying on the floor. She clearly stated that she was raped by her partner, who has the same nationality and age. She said she lay on the bed to rest for a while when he unexpectedly pounced on her and pinned her down. He also forced her not to use a condom, despite her clear refusal to have sexual intercourse.
