He was arrested for raping and abusing his partner, against whom he had a restraining order

A man who had a restraining order issued against his partner on charges of abuse has been arrested again for not only beating her, but also for raping her with extreme force at his home in the Salamanca area. Despite the evidence, the accused denied it Facts at all times.

ABC has learned that the event occurred on October 29 on Avenida de los Toreros, near Plaza de las Ventas. The municipal police received a call from one of the victim’s relatives, who repeated that she had been subjected to a sexual assault through penetration. Agents from the Salamanca District Comprehensive Police Station went to the house at that time, in the early afternoon. When they knocked on the door, a 29-year-old Peruvian woman opened it. She was very upset and asked for help.

The municipal police entered the apartment and found it very messy, with broken things lying on the floor. She clearly stated that she was raped by her partner, who has the same nationality and age. She said she lay on the bed to rest for a while when he unexpectedly pounced on her and pinned her down. He also forced her not to use a condom, despite her clear refusal to have sexual intercourse.

Sources in the case explained that once the rape was completed, the person snatched the young woman’s mobile phone to check her messages. She tried to take her away, and then the assailant began hitting her on her hands, side, and head. Indeed, the officers verified that there were clear marks on those parts of his body, as a result of the beating.

Uniformed officers interviewed the person: “I don’t know what they’re talking about, everything they say is false.” They found that he had been arrested on previous occasions, so much so that he had a restraining order in effect. He was immediately arrested on charges of ill-treatment, sexual assault by penetration, and violation of the above-mentioned precautionary measure.

The victim and the executioner officially reside in the same house where the crimes occurred, despite their status. Samor took her to Gregorio Marañon Hospital, where the protocol for victims of sexual violence was applied.
