Iberian ham, celery and berries

On top of the grated meat, add the berries crushed by your hands, the roasted garlic pulp, a little lemon peel, a few drops of juice and the other ingredients. Stir with a spoon to combine and adjust the salt. Serve the prey with the rest of the items on the plate. Drizzle with a drizzle of olive oil.
