Eduardo Bolsonaro raises his voice in the dispute before the SC Senate: “Don’t you like it?”
While speaking at an event, Jorginho called the MP to the center of the stage and said: “Intelligent, writer, girl who makes the Parliament of Santa Catarina proud of what she represents, writer, I really like listening to her, she has culture, she knows how to put words, so I am very proud that she is our state representative, she is doing a great job. She was the state representative who received the best vote in Santa Catarina and I have no doubt that she will be there again. Double the vote, thank you, Anna.”
The praise comes amid a conflict between the parliamentarian and the sons of former President Jair Bolsonaro (PL). Confusion escalated after Campagnolo stated that the two PL seats in the state Senate had already been promised to Rep. Caroline Di Toni (PL-SC) and Sen. Esperidião Amin (PP-SC). After the statement, Bolsonaro’s supporters called her a liar.
Chancellor Carlos Bolsonaro (PL-RJ) recently said that he had decided to run, with the support of his father, for a seat in Casa Alta. Bolsonaro has a strong and solid base in the state, which is why Carlos’s election is a foregone conclusion. But the representative said that she would not support names that are not from the state.
In response to the dispute, federal representative Eduardo Bolsonaro posted a video in which he stated that whoever is in the party should support his brother.
“The important point is that if you are a member of Bolsonaro’s party, and you are elected with Bolsonaro’s support, it doesn’t matter if you are big or small, there is a hierarchy to follow. Bolsonaro will talk and you will have to follow him. Don’t you like that? You can go to another party,” the lawmaker stated.
