  • 1 cup (tea) wheat flour
  • 1 teaspoon of turmeric

Preparation method

  1. We wash the cauliflower well and cut it into small bunches of the same size.
  2. Dry well with a paper towel or clean cloth to ensure extra crunch.
  3. In a large bowl, mix yogurt, olive oil, paprika, salt and pepper.
  4. Add cauliflower and roll the florets well in this cream.
  5. Cover the pot and leave it to soak for about 30 minutes.
  6. In another bowl, mix the flour with the turmeric.
  7. Add water little by little, and mix until a homogeneous cream is formed.
  8. Dip each piece of cauliflower in the flour mixture, covering well.
  9. Heat the air fryer to 180°C.
  10. Arrange the bouquets in the basket without overlapping them.
  11. Bake for about 20 minutes, stirring halfway through, until golden and crisp.
