ingredients
- 1 medium cauliflower
- 1/2 can of natural yoghurt
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon sweet paprika
- 1 cup (tea) wheat flour
- 1 teaspoon of turmeric
- Half a cup (tea) of water
- Salt as desired
- Black pepper as desired
Preparation method
- We wash the cauliflower well and cut it into small bunches of the same size.
- Dry well with a paper towel or clean cloth to ensure extra crunch.
- In a large bowl, mix yogurt, olive oil, paprika, salt and pepper.
- Add cauliflower and roll the florets well in this cream.
- Cover the pot and leave it to soak for about 30 minutes.
- In another bowl, mix the flour with the turmeric.
- Add water little by little, and mix until a homogeneous cream is formed.
- Dip each piece of cauliflower in the flour mixture, covering well.
- Heat the air fryer to 180°C.
- Arrange the bouquets in the basket without overlapping them.
- Bake for about 20 minutes, stirring halfway through, until golden and crisp.
