Ingredients (8 servings)

- 1 can of condensed milk
- 1 can of milk (measured from a can of condensed milk)
- 3 whole eggs

- 1 cup (tea) sugar
- Half a cup (tea) of water
Preparation method
- Beat the eggs well in the mixer for about 2 minutes, until well aerated.
- Add the condensed milk and milk and whisk again until a homogeneous mixture is formed.
- In a frying pan, melt the sugar over medium heat until it reaches a caramel color.
- Carefully add the water and stir until the caramel thickens and becomes shiny.
- Spread the syrup over the bottom of the pudding pan and pour the mixer mixture over it.
- Place the mold inside a larger baking tray filled with hot water (Bain Marie) and bake in a medium oven (180°C) for approximately 45 minutes.
- Poke a fork in to check if it’s done: it should come out clean, but the pudding will still be a little creamy in the middle.
- Let it cool completely before disassembling it.
