Flamengo’s victory in the 2025 Copa Libertadores, on Saturday (29/11), has put Leo Pereira in the spotlight, not only because of his performance on the pitch. Hours after winning the title, comparisons between the defender “before and after” spread again, highlighting the changes that have occurred in his appearance over the years.
On social media, netizens rescued the player’s old records and pointed out how he had undergone visual aesthetic transformations. In addition to his body changing with muscle gain, he also underwent plastic surgery.

The athlete underwent otoplasty, a surgical procedure aimed at changing the size of the ear, in 2021, in addition to changing his smile with contact lenses. He also performed facial reconstructive surgery.
