Lineker: Latin and Brazilian Grammy Award-winning artist

Lineker continues to rewrite his name in Brazilian music history. The artist, nominated in seven categories at the 2025 Latin Grammy Awards, is experiencing a landmark moment in her career. His presence in the prominent categories, competing alongside names like Bad Bunny and Karol G, enhances the global reach of his music.

The album Caju, the centerpiece of this recognition, brought Liniker three important wins at the 26th Latin Grammy Awards. The singer won Gramophone Awards in the categories of Best Contemporary Pop Album in Portuguese (for Cajo), Best Urban Translation in Portuguese, and Best Song in Portuguese for “Felodo Marum”. The singer considers the Academy’s recognition a “tremendous achievement.”

Caju’s album was also nominated in key categories, such as Album of the Year, Recording of the Year (with “Ao Teu Lado”) and Song of the Year (“Veludo Marrom”). Released in August 2024, Caju was critically acclaimed, being voted one of the best albums of the year by Rolling Stone Brasil and Lineker was enshrined as Artist of the Year at the 2024 Multishow Awards.

Winning three Grammy Awards cements Lineker’s art not only as a commercial success, but also as a gesture of love and distinction. The artist proved that her “portrait” of the new moment in her career, recorded in Kajo, transcended any time limits, immortalizing her unique sound.

The Caju tour is divided into four acts: O Sol Interno, O Alter Ego, O Retrogosto (which revisits albums such as Indigo Borboleta Anil, Goela Baixo and Remonta) and Celebração.

With the album exceeding 160 million plays on digital platforms, the show, which will be held on December 14, promises to combine emotion, performance and spirituality.
