Neymar Pai’s new house has a private elevator that connects the apartment to the parking lot and the Cidade Jardim Shopping Centre, one of the most developed shopping centers in the capital, São Paulo. This information was revealed by the Leo Dias website last Sunday (9). Luciana Jimenez and her ex-husband lived there for more than a decade, and the two decided to get rid of the property after their separation in 2018.
The place attracts attention because of its size. In addition to the seven spacious suites, there are rooms with a wine cellar, a hairdressing station, a music studio, a terrace with a barbecue and a view of the city, a massage room, a bathtub and a lounge. Surprisingly, the apartment is worth R$34,800 per month.
At the beginning of this year, the property considered the most expensive apartment in Brazil was put up for auction by the traditional Sotheby’s. The house had initial offers starting at $4 million (US$21.3 million), with a deep discount. But the auction was canceled without explanation.
