President Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva and his lawyers have filed a new application with the São Paulo Court to secure a subpoena to Deltan Dallagnol to pay the amount of R$ 135,435.22, referring to the conviction for moral damages for the use of a PowerPoint presentation made by the former public prosecutor, in 2016, to explain the complaint in the Guaruja Trilogy case.
The first attempt to summon the accused failed, as Dallagnol moved from the indicated address in São Paulo. Lula listed two new addresses in Curitiba for the issuance of new summons letters. In addition, a full electronic search of Dallagnol’s titles and possible origins was requested.
