“Mary Pink Effect”

Ecovidrio, the only SCRAP company specializing in glass that operates a selective collection on the ground and responds to the sustainability of glass containers from its source in Spain, launches “The Mari Rosa Effect” campaign calling on people to recycle glass containers. Glass “sovereign gesture” with techno rumba group Ladilla Rusa.

Thus, humour, music and a festive touch dominate the setting as Tania Lozano plays Mary Rosa: a woman with a “strong attitude”, dressed in a nightgown and slippers, and the self-proclaimed “Queen of Glass”. Alongside him, Victor F. Clarice, the other half of Ladilla Rusa, plays Don Paco, the surprised and disapproving neighbor, who mixes glass with other materials.

Mare Rosa’s charisma – and persistence – moves Don Paco and the entire neighborhood, showing that caring for the planet begins with a simple gesture: taking the bottles to the Green Bin.

In the words of Borja Martiarena, Marketing Director at Ecovidrio: “Our goal has always been to promote glass recycling, but the way we tell it is what makes us unique. With “The Mari Rosa Effect,” we combined creativity and music to connect with people in a new and fun way.

“The Mari Rosa Effect” is the catchy song that belongs to the creative campaign created by the communications and marketing agency ILUNION Comunicación Social, which replaces the flutter of a butterfly with a more sustainable movement where “the movement of a few bottles leads to big changes”.

Ladella Rosa, the most rowdy and festive duo on the national scene, turns to Mari Rosa and Don Paco to give voice to this fun song in their unmistakable style. After hits like “KITT and the Cars of the Past” or the unforgettable “Macaulay Culkin”, the group once again shows why it is synonymous with humor and partying, this time in service of a cause that concerns us all: glass recycling.

Produced by Walskium, the show features a story full of surreal and traditional humor that combines everyday situations with unexpected twists starring these two almost comic-like cartoon characters, who convey those feelings of turning the everyday into the extraordinary.

Feel the “Mary Rosa Effect” from Ecovidrio and share your gestures with your surroundings. Each interaction amplifies the message and demonstrates that recycling glass is easy, motivating, and key to taking care of the planet.
