What are Michelin stars?
This is a survey, according to the French Tire Guide, which distinguishes restaurants that serve exceptional cuisine. To achieve this, five criteria are always applied, regardless of where the establishment is located in the world: quality of ingredients, harmony of flavours, mastery of technique, the personality of the chef reflected in his dishes and, above all, consistency, the assessment that excellence is maintained over time and throughout the duration of the restaurant’s offer.
