We are pleased to participate during these days in the official institutional events that we call for on the occasion of the celebration of the 1978 Constitution. The fathers of Al-Qaeda have made every effort to reach a point of agreement that will close the great open wound of a civil war in the middle. Every year that passes one is amazed at how people with such a diverse way of thinking about public affairs have managed to reach a consensus endorsed by the majority of the Spanish population.
