The game

The match had barely begun and Mirasol opened the scoring. After the ball was launched into the area, it remained alive after colliding and bouncing in the dangerous area. The ball went to Najiba, who shot hard and the ball died in the net. The move was then verified by VAR and the goal was confirmed.

In the 22nd minute, Mirasol scored again. Reynaldo took a free kick in the penalty area, the ball passed between all the players and ended up inside Ciara’s goal. Throughout the first half, Ciara was in danger several times, prompting goalkeeper Walter into action.

As the clock ticked seven minutes into the second half, the power went out to the lampshade in the Mayao stadium. As a result, the match was stopped for about eight minutes. After the return of the encounter, Ceara played more attackingly, but the hosts ended up scoring.

In the 30th minute, Alisson received the ball on the edge of the penalty area. With his right leg, he shot well, into Bruno Ferreira’s corner, with no chance for the Fuzão keeper: 3 x 0. After that, Ceara tried to reduce it with Fabiano Sousa, but the ball exploded against Walter’s crossbar.
