Murilo Hoff refutes accusations about using his son’s money after buying the most expensive cow in the world: “Business”

During the Cataratas Group auction, in Foz do Iguaçu (PR), Murilo became a partner in the world’s most valuable cow, Donna FIV CIAV, worth R$54 million. Nellore Hoff, in partnership with Nellore Traia Via, bought 25% of the ten-year-old animal for R$13.5 million. Thus, the artist now owns 12.5% of the female shares, which also owns shares owned by Casa Branca Agropastoril, Agropecuaria Mata Velha and Nelore LMC.

But the millionaire number eventually raised questions on the networks. Amid the uproar, one netizen insinuated that Murillo used his 5-year-old son Leo’s money – the result of his relationship with Marilia Mendonça, who died in a plane crash in 2021 – to participate in the investment. “Bought with kid’s money?” It bothered the follower.

Morello was eager to respond. Directly, he refuted the accusation and highlighted his career. He said: “No, my dear, I have been working since I was 16 years old, and thank God I do not need my son’s money for anything. However, even if I wanted to touch a penny, I can only do so with the permission of the court.”

The criticism, which many fans considered unfair, led to a wave of support for the artist. “It’s amazing how often ignorant comments appear online,” one follower lamented. “He was still polite!” commented another. There was no shortage of expressions of disbelief at this accusation. “Looks like he needs the boy’s money,” one netizen said. Others reinforced the stress faced by those living in the spotlight: “Celebrities have to be patient…it’s a lot of envy.” Someone even summed up the situation in a playful tone: “He had dinner, lunch, snacks and breakfast all at the same time.”
