Davi Alcolombre has scheduled Jorge Messias’ hearing in the Senate’s Central Court of Justice for December 10, giving Lula a measly 15 days to make his STF nominee viable. It’s not much but it could be a lot worse.
The government was informed that Alcolombre originally wanted the hearing and vote to take place in plenary on the third Wednesday of this month.
