The Christmas atmosphere is already in the air, and one person who is wasting no time in celebrating is drag queen Pablo Vitar. The singer announced on Wednesday (12) via social media that her new album “Prazer, Mamãoe Noel” will be released on November 20. But what band do Pablo and Mama Noelle play? The album’s title refers to the Jingle Bell meme, in which the singer appears behind a DJ van singing a Christmas song and saying “Prazer, Mamãoe Noel”. According to the singer’s team, the EP’s tracklist will be released on Monday, three days before the official release of the full production.
On social media, fans are already trying to crown the drag queen as the new Queen of Christmas — a position traditionally held by singer Mariah Carey, due to the hit song “All I Want for Christmas Is You.”

Releasing the song “Prazer, Mamäe Noel” is to share a part of me with my fans. I want to convey the message that Christmas is for everyone and every feeling.

A milestone in Brazilian pop music
Pablo Vittar has established himself as one of the most influential names in Brazilian pop music by blending electronic, furo, funk and Caribbean rhythms with his own identity. Since the huge success of Open Bar in 2015 and then the release of their debut album Vai Passar Mal in 2017; The artist began to occupy previously inaccessible spaces to drag queens into the mainstream. Her innovative aesthetics and stunning performances have helped expand LGBTQIAPN+ visibility in the music scene, showcasing them as a cultural phenomenon both inside and outside the country.
The singer’s international career gained strength through influential collaborations, for example, with the K-Pop group NMIXX on the song “MEXE”, which was released in May this year.
