President Lula called the Minister of Integration, Valdez Goes, at least three times on Sunday (9/11), to discuss the hurricane that left six dead in the interior of Paraná.
In the talks, according to the article, the president of Palacio do Planalto asked the minister to prioritize the release of resources to municipalities affected by the hurricane.

On Sunday, while Lula was present at a CELAC meeting in Colombia, Valdez went to Paraná accompanied by technicians from the ministry to help mayors release emergency transfers.

Another request from Lula, according to aides, is for the ministries that act in such situations to work in an integrated manner “to provide a rapid response to the population.”
In addition to the regional integration and development file, the Ministries of Human Rights, Health, Development and Social Assistance are involved in the Paraná assistance operation;
Expectations are that Ministers Valdez Goes and Wellington Dias, from the Ministry of Development and Social Assistance, will return to Paraná by the end of this week to deal with assistance to residents.
