Prudential do Brasil will host the program on Saturday 15, starting at 10 am, at Casa do Seguro, during COP30, in a morning dedicated to dialogue, knowledge and co-construction of solutions to climate and social challenges that already affect millions of Brazilians.
Bringing together representatives of the Ministry of the Environment, SUSEP, the United Nations and FGV’s Institute for Innovation in Insurance and Reinsurance, the insurer will promote two panels that will discuss concrete ways to expand access to financial protection, enhance the resilience of cities and prepare society for increasingly frequent climate events.
Prudential’s participation reinforces the view that life insurance is an essential part of the response to climate change, acting not only as financial coverage, but as a tool for prevention, adaptation and social support. By anticipating risks and collaborating with public policies, the sector contributes to making households, businesses and communities more prepared and protected.
