A public opinion poll conducted by Parana Pescisas asked two thousand Brazilians which Brazilian football team they hate the most. Among the teams, Flamengo ranked first with a rejection rate of 13.5%. It is followed by Corinthians with 11.1%, and Palmeiras with 7.7%.

Of the top ten, only one team does not play in the Brazilian league. This is Santa Cruz, current runner-up in National Division IV, Siri D. Of those interviewed, only 1% chose Cobra Coral as their answer.
The survey included more than 2,000 people, male and female. In total, 42.2% of people interviewed declared that they did not hate any team or that they liked them all.
Furthermore, 6.1% of interviewees reported that they did not know how to express an opinion, while 0.9% declared that they neither liked nor hated all Brazilian football teams.
