Local company L&G Logistics and Gastronomy has formed a joint venture — UTE — with Grupo L, Argentina’s largest one-stop service company

L&G is a San Juan company with over 35 years of experience and 300 employees that has established itself in the region Reference in services for mining camps. The company is also working on initiatives that promote regional development and women’s leadership.

Grupo L, an Argentine company with more than 40 years of experience and 100% national capital, has been present in San Juan since March through its GL Support Sitios Remotos brand, specializing in operations in remote and hard-to-access environments. From there, it seeks to establish itself as a major player in the industry, reaching out to SMEs and local organizations to promote the economic and social development of communities.
L&G joins Grupo L to promote mining in San Juan at the local level.

Likewise, L&G has entered into an alliance with Fernalexis, a church-owned family business that provides laundry services and is currently a supplier to Veladero.
These agreements are based on the same DNA – entrepreneurship and family – with shared values, such as innovation, caring for people and commitment to sustainability. In a context in which San Juan expects decisive growth in its mining development, Grupo L seeks to establish itself as a strategic ally of local companies, communities and suppliers, betting on growth with positive impact throughout the region.
