– No, you do not need to have previous experience, nor to be a yogi, healer, or spiritual person. All you need is to feel better and open yourself to something new. Healing doesn’t have to be formal. We can be liberated and transformed by having fun. Humor also heals, and movement awakens the best in us. -Is it a show?

An invitation to manifest dreams from a state of lightness, gratitude and connection. Tickets are on sale now at Plateanet or the theater box office.
– What prompted you to go to the theater?
-I want help. I want people to be able to free themselves from the patterns they repeat that hurt them so much. We live from separation, and from there we create our problems. This separation from others, from ourselves, is the root of suffering. We compare ourselves. The mind is activated and begins to judge: we believe ideas that are not ours, definitions that someone once imposed on us. And from there, We assume that suffering is inevitable. Today we are more connected to the phone than to ourselves. We look outward, wish for what we don’t have, and compare ourselves to an unreal life. This only fuels unhappiness, emptiness and separation. Theater for me is a bridge. A space where I can talk about this, show it, transform it. Where we can look at each other without screens, without filters. And maybe we’ll start to remember who we really are.
– There are those who doubt your method because they say that it does not treat…
-no. My method is no cure. compliment. Most importantly: it is available to anyone. For example, It has been scientifically proven that tools such as meditation and the use of mantras can improve Self esteemreduce anxiety, and even get rid of trauma and emotional blocks. These are not magic or empty formulas. It is about returning to the body, to the present, to being.
-How was your journey, and how did you get to this?
-When I was 14 years old, I was diagnosed with psoriasis. They told me it was a psychosomatic illness. Then I asked myself a question: “If I created this… can I heal it too?” This is where my path began. I strongly believe that every person is the hero of their own life, and that everything that happens to us on the outside is a reflection of what is happening on the inside.
The tools I share today – tapping, yoga, breathing, meditation – do not “cure.” But they open the door to real transformation. To choose again. To stop fighting with yourself.
-How did you get rid of psoriasis?
“It’s been awhile.” One click. I made the decision to completely change my life and take 100% responsibility. I started watching myself. For example, I noticed that sleeping with my brothers made me feel very uncomfortable: we were always fighting. So I made a decision that changed everything: I went into my attic. I spent almost a year working on my own so I could leave him and have my own space. This was my first act of conscious self-care.
also I started questioning my habits. I realized that I was criticizing myself, complaining, and fighting with myself and the world. So I decided to do the opposite: I wanted to start from scratch. I changed schools. I wanted them to have no idea who I was. Start from 0. I replaced complaining with gratitude, practiced smiling…every day, and changed my personality.
-like?
– With small daily actions. With simple but brave decisions. It didn’t happen from one day to the next. But step by step, I was born again. I didn’t just completely change my skin. My psoriasis was cured (at that time I didn’t know what it would be like until today) but my skin is completely healed. It’s just that I’ve become someone else. He had a completely different attitude. He was a positive person, he knew what he wanted and wouldn’t stop until he achieved it. That is, simple changes, but full of intentions. I remember an important moment: when you want another chance and you give it to them, things present themselves to us. one day, I found a book next to the microwave: it’s always been there. I’ve never seen that before. The Seven Spiritual Laws of SuccessBy Deepak Chopra. I opened it…and there was everything I needed to know. I was determined to do so and read it every day. He kept repeating to me what he wanted for me. To write. decree. Transform my internal dialogue and I started offering a lot of services. I was young, but I worked hard, worked and helped in soup kitchens, co-ops in villas, and a lot of social work. Whatever it was, I was there giving something away. Which It helped me a lot to step out of my role as a victim and feel like a hero.. And very abundant.
What you think is what you will manifest. What you are saying is. And your actions are a reflection of all of that. There is no more. We already have it all.
– How did you get into eavesdropping?
-He was In Spain when I was 20 years old when I attended a traditional psychiatrist who taught me A technique to get out of ruminative thinking And negativity. And with this emotional release technique that works with ancient psychology, and the cognitive technique that uses points on the body’s meridians in Chinese medicine, like acupuncture does. It’s a knock.
-Does it contradict the traditional psychology model?
– Yes, of course. I like them both. I also use traditional therapy. But perhaps in a traditional session, the person repeats their story over and over again. He tells the same thing again, relives the shock, and passes it through his body and heart as if it were the first time. The result? Far from solving the problem, it is often reinforced. It is activated again. instead of The EFT approach is different. He does not deny the pain, but he does not stay to live in it.Today we know – and this is scientifically proven – that tools like tapping can help you reduce your stress level in minutes. You don’t need to understand everything from the mind to start healing the body. Because the body stores memories, and also knows how to release them. This method does not replace, but complements. It’s part of a new way of looking at emotional health: more comprehensive, faster, and, above all, accessible to anyone.
-How does this work?
– I will explain this to you with a simple example: When you have a negative thought or emotion and do not let it go, it turns into a feeling. This feeling begins to guide your actions and decisions… and oftentimes takes you down paths that ultimately make you sick: anxiety, insomnia, panic attacks, migraines, psoriasis, intestinal irritation… Everything that “appears” on the outside, often begins on the inside, with something we cannot release.
-What does eavesdropping have to do with it?
-everyone. because Tapping opens. Through gentle tapping on specific points on the body, energy is released. The body begins to drain. Emotion relaxes. The thought is clear. It quickly leaves that place where there was stagnation or blockage.
I share with you a personal experience: my son Gonzalo was very young when he was locked in the elevator with my brother-in-law and nephew. He was in complete psychological shock. There was no way I was going to get into the elevator again. But we lived on the twentieth floor. It’s getting complicated. So on the third day I clicked on it. Minutes later…we were getting into the elevator. fearless. No drama. He works.
-And what happens to those who say it is a simplistic view?
– I would tell them that living with pain and fear is easier than daring to get out of there. But change is a decision. A decision to stop identifying with suffering. The decision to break away from the beliefs that bind us, and the stories we tell ourselves over and over again. Everything in life is movement. Nothing is constant. We all have blockages, bumps and wounds. The question is: Do you want to continue carrying that or do you want to free yourself and live? Because we often live as if we will never die. And we die without really living. With so much drama built up… and so little joy. With tapping, with meditation, with awareness, it is possible to free yourself. It’s fast, simple, and most importantly: effective. Living is urgent. And he is now. True freedom begins when you take responsibility for your life. If we all worked to make our bodies, minds, and spirits work in harmony with our gifts, the world would be different. Where there is hatred today, there will be abundance. Where there is fear, there will be love. Where there is chaos, there is presence.
