The first ACIUM team meeting reinforces sales culture and prepares teams for high performance | Journalism works

ACIUM, the largest steel jewelry franchise network in Latin America, held the first edition of the ACIUM Time Meeting in São Paulo, a meeting aimed exclusively at managers and supervisors from metropolitan units. Unlike a traditional workshop, this event is designed to serve as a moment of connection, alignment and reinforcement of the brand’s business culture, combining core practices, dynamics and content to drive results in stores.

During the meeting, the teams participated in a full immersion in the Seven Steps of Sales, explored excellent service strategies, analyzed the impact of their window, discussed visual merchandising trends, as well as receiving guidance on dress code, professional behavior and an active presence at the point of sale.

Another highlight of the event was the theme dedicated to the digital world, where brand specialists addressed the importance of social networks, good content practices, online relationships and ways to boost sales through digital channels, enhancing the role of the seller as an opportunity multiplier, both in-store and in the virtual environment.

The event also included technical talks led by experts in the fields of social media, operations, visual merchandising and photography, bringing participants closer to the strategic behind-the-scenes that underpins ACIUM’s quality standards. Practical dynamics, challenges, rewards, and integration moments fostered a climate of motivation and belonging among the teams.

ACIUM Brazil CEO, Eliane Neri, was present, conducting a session delving into the essence of the brand and the role of each employee in the bottom line. “Our goal is to form confident, trained teams that are deeply connected to the ACIUM philosophy. When salespeople understand the brand and believe in the product and key selling techniques, they become champions of their own success and network growth,” he stressed.

With the first edition being held exclusively for teams from São Paulo, the ACIUM team meeting is already an internal milestone for the network. Due to the interaction and acceptance of the participants, the brand is planning to take the event to other regions of the country. Project expansion should enhance alignment between franchises, foster a culture of high performance and expand the impact of business practices that enhance network results.
