Actress Ruth Codd, known for her roles in How to Train Your Dragon and The Fall of the House of Usher, has revealed that she has had her second leg amputated. She posted a video on social media in which she talked about the surgery she recently underwent.
“I have good news and bad news: The good news is that I’m back to making TikToks at my parents’ house. The bad news is that I won’t be able to do it in front of the beautiful flower wallpaper because I can’t get upstairs,” he said with good humor.

He continued: “I have just had a second below-the-knee amputation, so that part of the house is not available at the moment.”
Ruth showed the wheelchair she uses to get around. “This is my new car. I like to call it (the chair) Fat Tony. It has no speed at all, especially if there are stairs,” he said.

Ruth Codd suffered her first leg amputation at the age of 23, after injuring her foot while playing football as a teenager. She said it caused her eight years of complications and pain.
At 29, she gained a following by posting content on TikTok, before being cast in the Netflix horror series The Midnight Club.
