Villain casual cuisine, with dishes like a Cordoba Salmorejo … With EVOO ice cream, crispy pork and faux corn coralwhich was admired by many.
A more innovative dish, A Oxtail slug with potato slug, creamy celery and half a glass of their own juiceeven our version of Patatas bravas are made from panipurs stuffed with creamy potatoes Which we make by frying potatoes and combining them with homemade brava sauce and turning all this into a creamy sauce and filling of panipuris. And we crown it with Beef steak tartare and kimchi foam.
And what do we have for those who love sweets?
In desserts, we can find everything from torriga accompanied by honey ice cream and nougat terrine, to lemon trompe l’oeil, with mango core, lemon mousse, white chocolate coating and Buddha hand gel base. Our products are local to km 0, and always perform at the best quality.
