The story of Caio Benicio, the Brazilian delivery man who stopped a child attack in Dublin two years ago, will be made into a feature film and documentary. Produced by HDaniel Studio and Modo Operante, the films will examine the impact of heroic action and debates around immigration.

In November 2023, a man attacked five people, including three children, with a knife in Parnell Square. The Brazilian and French hotel management student became heroes when they managed to stop the attacker. Benicio used his motorcycle helmet to hit the man.

In addition to the project for the Brazilian, the producers will also be together in the documentary “Mil novecentos e miquinhos amestrados”, about the band João Penca e Seu Miquinhos Amestrados, which achieved success in the 1980s.
