Its aim is to adapt and enhance a new area of the archaeological complex, currently unexploited and difficult to access, to integrate it into the urban landscape and make it visitable.
The intervention will be carried out in three different areas: the home area of the Visigoths, another of the roads or streets and a third opposite Islamic cemetery (cemetery)With a total area of 2,462 square meters. The works include manual cleaning, laying anti-vegetation netting and strengthening walls with a total area of 1,234 square metres. In the missing sections, the tracks will be recreated using colored lime concreteIt is a technique that has already been used in the first phase to distinguish original areas from reconstructed areas.
