She cuts off her husband’s penis: the woman says she is forgiven and asks for freedom
The São Paulo Public Ministry (MPSP) expressed its support for the action requested by Dayan’s defence, claiming that she had already served a third of her sentence and showed good behavior in prison.
She committed the crime for which she was arrested on December 22, 2023. That night, Dayan cut off the penis of the app driver Gilberto Nogueira de Oliveira (40 years old), with whom she had been in a relationship for two years, after she discovered that he was cheating on her. She threw the organ into the toilet, flushed it, and then reported it to the police station herself.
Those close to her called her “Day,” and she was pardoned by Gilberto, known as Tony, while he was still in prison. He helped pay for her lawyer and today the two are planning a wedding surrounded by mistrust among friends and family.
